Bodegas Antigal was established on the site of a historic winery in Russell Maipú, Argentina, whose origins date back to 1897. In 2000 the remodeling of the winery achieved the very best in high tech functionality while respecting the original appearance of historically important landmark in Mendoza, Argentina. The Gravity Fed platform systems allows for a "hands-off" approach to winemaking eliminating the need for forceful pumps and crushers.

Miriam Gomez is the very accomplished winemaker at Antigal, having worked in various wine regions around the world including Rhone France and Napa Valley in California.

"At Antigal I have the freedom to create single varietal and blended wines in a variety of styles. Most importantly I work with the best possible fruit in the finest of facilities. Those advantages alone inspire exceptional results" - Miriam Gomez

In 2011 UNO Malbec received it's first recognition by Wine Enthusiast magazine. Since then Antigal has been recognized around the globe for its quality.
